How Do I Submit a Ticket?
Step 1: Determine if a Ticket is Required
Many answers are in our Knowledge Base. Visit the Knowledge Base Page
or search for keywords to find articles related to your question. If you are starting an FBA, make sure you have all the required information
to get started before you open the ticket.
Step 2: Visit the Tickets Page
If you can't find an answer in the Knowledge Base or just need to initiate service, click "My Tickets" at the top of the page or "Submit a Ticket" at the bottom.
Step 3: Loop Your Colleagues In (Optional)
Optionally, you can enter a CC for colleagues in the CC field. If you do this, they will receive an email notification that the ticket was opened and email notifications when an agent response has been published.
Step 4: Select a Department
Depending on the support you need, select a Department and Topic:
- Customer Service
- Inventory Help
- Arrival Inquiry
- Pricing Question
- Custom Labeling
- Question About My Bill (Include Invoice Number)
- Question About Payments
- Other Accounting Question
- Amazon FBA
- Order Help
- Order Cancelation
- System Support
Step 5: Enter Ticket Information
With as much information as possible, add a subject and description. You may also attach files if you need to share screenshots of what you need help with or labels. Hit Submit and a friendly 3PLWINNER agent will respond with a solution shortly!
