Amazon FBA Replenishment Order Guide
Create a Small Parcel Delivery (SPD) with an Amazon partner carrier (UPS)
Step 1: Create the shipping plan on Amazon
- Create the shipping plan you want to send to Amazon.
- Choose SPD with Amazon partner carrier.
- Choose a pick up date of the next business day.
- Approve the charges.
- Print labels in thermal printing format 4x6.
- Save the labels in a file.
Step 2: Enter the Order in your WMS
Step 3: Enter your Amazon FBA Reference Number
Please enter your Amazon reference number. Orders that do not include FBA reference number will result on delay or cancelation. Please refer to the image below.
- Click on the "Order Type" dropdown menu and choose FBA SPD.
- Attach the Amazon labels to the order before submitting and ensure that the ordered quantities and product match the FBA labels, mismatching FBA and Orders will result on delay or cancelation.
- If Amazon is having you send inventory to more than one Amazon warehouse, you must enter a separate order for each Amazon warehouse shipment.
Create a Less Than Truckload (LTL) Sending Pallets with an Amazon partner carrier
Step 1: Create the shipping plan on Amazon
- Create the shipping plan you want to send to Amazon.
- Choose LTL with Amazon Partner Carrier.
- Download carton labels in thermal printing format 4x6.
DO NOT approve or schedule the shipment yet!
Step 2: Create Order on 3PLWINNER WMS System
Step 3: Enter your Amazon FBA Reference Number
Please enter your Amazon reference number. Orders that do not include FBA reference number will result on delay or cancelation. Please refer to the image below.
- Click on the "Order Type" dropdown menu and choose FBA LTL.
- List Amazon and the warehouse address in the “Customer” ordered by section.
- If Amazon is having you send inventory to more than one Amazon warehouse, you must enter a separate order for each Amazon warehouse shipment.
Step 4: Submit a Ticket
Submit a ticket to the Orders department with the support category Amazon FBA. In the ticket description, include the following:
- Corresponding WMS order #.
- FBA reference number.
- Requested shipping date.
- Method of shipment (Freight).
- Notify if pre-paid postage will be used.
- Attach the box labels file.
If the information above is not included, the FBA Order will not be initiated until we receive all the above information
Step 5: Receive Pallet Dimensions
Once the message has been sent, a 3PLWINNER representative will confirm your message and reply with the dimensions and weight of the product you are shipping. This means your order is ready to ship.
Step 6: Approve Pickup on Amazon Shipping Plan
- Input the pallet dimensions in the shipping plan.
- Set pickup date for next business day and get the shipping quote.
- Approve the shipping quote.
- Download the pallet labels in thermal printing 4x6 format.
- Download the BOL (Bill of Lading)
Step 7: Attach Pallet Labels and BOL to the Ticket
Update the ticket with attached pallet labels file and BOL. As soon as your pallet(s) are collected, your ticket agent will reply to let you know and close your ticket.
