Add New Products to WMS

There are several fields that can be populated for each product. In this guide, we will only be going over the required fields. Feel free to use all the fields that are useful to your operations.

Step 1: Access Product Page

From your WMS system, access the products page.


Step 2: Enter SKU and Description

Enter your Product ID (SKU) and Description. If you sell the item on Amazon, it is recommended that you copy your Amazon description word for word.



Step 3: Add UPC

Click on the "UPCs" tab, then the + button to add your scannable UPC. The unit quantity should be "1". When the barcode is scanned, the system will know it relates back to this product.


Step 4: Create Offer

Navigate to the "Offer" tab and check the "Create Offer" checkbox. 


If a product is not "offered", it cannot be used. So only uncheck this box if you are discontinuing a product or otherwise do not intend to continue to use it.
Checking this field will cause the system to present additional offer settings. These additional fields are optional and the customer can use their discretion on whether or not to use them.

Step 5: Define Master Carton

Navigate to the "Billing Containers" tab. Once here, find the "Master Carton" row and add the quantity of pieces that come in one box from your manufacturer.


Step 6: Click Save

Once you're satisfied with all the information entered, hit  . Follow this guide to  Edit a Product in the WMS.
